TÜBİTAK 1001 Project Support to Our Faculty Member in the Field of Food Technology

ITU Department of Food Engineering faculty member Dr. Gülay Özkan’s project, which aims to obtain value-added products in the field of food technology by using agricultural wastes and local resources, was entitled to support under TÜBİTAK 1001 in the 1st period of 2024. The project team also includes Prof. Dr. Funda Karbancıoğlu Güler and Res. Asst. Dilara Devecioğlu.

Our Faculty Members on the List of the World's Most Influential Scientists in 2023

In the 2023 list of the World's most influential scientists, announced annually by Elsevier and Stanford University, our University ranked first among Turkish universities with 72 academicians in the "Career-Long Impact" category and 66 academicians in the "Annual Impact" category, while the names of 16 faculty members from our Faculty were included in both lists.

2023-2024 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies for Undergraduate Students

After the 2023-2024 academic year, we held a graduation ceremony for our graduating students at our faculty. Following this ceremony, we attended the larger ceremony held at the ITU stadium.
