Dr. Büşra GÜLTEKİN SUBAŞI, who completed her PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Esra ÇAPANOĞLU GÜVEN in the Food Engineering Department; Dr. Berrak BULUT, who completed her PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Murat BAYDOĞAN in the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department and Dr. Marcel BALÇIK, who completed his PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. M. Göktuğ AHUNBAY in the Chemical Engineering Department were awarded “2021 Outstanding PhD Award” through the decision of ITU Graduate School.
Dr. Büşra GÜLTEKİN SUBAŞI, who completed her PhD thesis titled “Emerging Approaches For Non-Thermal Modification of Proteins Isolated from De-Oiled Sunflower Cake” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Esra ÇAPANOĞLU GÜVEN in the Food Engineering Department; Dr. Berrak BULUT, who completed her PhD thesis titled “Investigation of The Cutting Performances of The Diamond Tools used In The Natural Stone Industry” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Murat BAYDOĞAN in the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department and Dr. Marcel BALÇIK, who completed his PhD thesis titled “Investigation of Plasticization Behavior of Membrane Polymers by A Fully Atomistic Approach” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. M. Göktuğ AHUNBAY in the Chemical Engineering Department were awarded “2021 Outstanding PhD Award” through the decision of ITU Graduate School.
