ITU Faculty of Chemical Metallurgical Engineering

To be the 6th faculty established in the history of ITU, our faculty aims to make scientific and applied research in the fields of chemistry, metallurgy, food and bioengineering fields by pursuing developments in the tomorrow’s key technologies and interdisciplinary engineering opportunities to become a center of advanced solutions in national and international levels.

Our Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and Food Engineering undergraduate programs are accredited by ABET (EAC).

Visiting our Department with regard to Erasmus+ project, Vice Rector of the University of Food Technologies Plovdiv, Prof. Galin Ivanov and Faculty Member Dr. Hafize Fidan gave a seminar including the introduction of their University and the Department, and negotiations were held for possible collaborations.

Vice Rector Prof. Galin Ivanov and Faculty Member Dr. Hafize Fidan gave a teaching seminar with regard to Erasmus+ project. Activities aimed to be carried out within the scope of possible collaborations were discussed.  Vice Rector and Faculty Member of University of Food Technologies Plovdiv gave a seminar in Food Engineering Department at 06th June, 2022 with regard to Erasmus+ project.
