Patent on development of gas permeability thermoresponsive packaging film for fresh produce has received a gold medal at the ISIF'23 8th Istanbul International Invention Fair.
Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Güneş in Food Eng. Dept. and Prof. Dr. F. Seniha Güner in Chemical Eng. Dept. were honored with gold medal with the patent titled: ‘packaging film for packaging fresh fruits and vegetables under modified atmosphere’ at the ISIF'23 8th Istanbul International Invention Fair.
