Prof. Dr. Esra ÇAPANOĞLU GÜVEN, our faculty member at the Food Engineering Department has received Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation - Georg Forster research award. Prof.Dr. Esra Çapanoğlu Güven will perform researches during one year within the scope of this program in Leibniz University Hannover/Germany.
