Our Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and Food Engineering undergraduate programs are accredited by ABET (EAC).

The Training Center of the Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers (METEM) organizes “2nd Symposium on Employee Safety and Well-being in the Metallurgy Sector,” which will be held on November 13–14, 2025, at Istanbul Technical University’s Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center.



The Training Center of the Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers (METEM) organizes “2nd Symposium on Employee Safety and Well-being in the Metallurgy Sector,” which will be held on November 13–14, 2025, at Istanbul Technical University’s Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center.

The event will focus on important topics such as workplace health, employee safety, and well-being in the metallurgy industry. These subjects will be discussed from a broad and connected point of view.

The symposium will bring together professionals, researchers, and industry experts to share experiences and ideas on how to improve safety and well-being for employees in the sector.

Organized by METEM, this gathering aims to strengthen awareness and support for safer and healthier working conditions in the metallurgy community.
