The Chemical Engineering Club continued to contribute to the professional and personal development of students through a wide range of activities during the Spring 2026 semester. One of the most significant events of the term, the Industry Mix Summit, was held on April 8–9, 2026, with strong participation from students and industry representatives. Companies including Polisan, Haribo, Unilever, Aves, Mercedes-Benz, and Garanti BBVA shared insights into career opportunities, industry trends, and current developments within their respective sectors.

The club also organized technical visits that enabled students to observe industrial operations firsthand. As part of these activities, participants visited Unilever’s and Eczacıbaşı's production facilities on March 12 and April 15, respectively, gaining valuable insights into manufacturing processes and industrial practices.

Throughout the semester, the club hosted several Tea Talk sessions featuring professionals from leading organizations. These events included a presentation on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) by Kübra Çalışır Aytekin from TÜPRAŞ, as well as career-focused talks by representatives from Akçansa and Abdi İbrahim. The sessions provided students with valuable perspectives on career planning, industrial applications, and emerging trends in the sector.

In addition, Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmanoğlu delivered a seminar entitled "Happiness Management," focusing on personal development, sustainable success, and well-being. Bringing together academic and industrial perspectives, these events supported students in developing both their technical knowledge and professional competencies.

Through its diverse activities, the Chemical Engineering Club continues to strengthen interactions between students, academia, and industry while making valuable contributions to the educational and social environment of our department.
