The “Green Transformation Project Award” within the “Sustainability” category of the “Female Founders Türkiye Awards” was presented to Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmanoğlu, a faculty member of our university’s Department of Chemical Engineering. This award was granted to Prof. Dr. Karaosmanoğlu “for translating science into practice to build strong bridges between environmental awareness, clean production, and the circular economy; for guiding institutions with her innovative projects; for encouraging individuals to become active participants in a sustainable lifestyle; and for transforming ‘Green Transformation’ from a mere concept into a true way of living.
