The project titled “Development and Application of Equipment to Extend the Shelf Life of Fresh Fruits Using Ultraviolet Light and Airborne Ultrasound,” proposed by Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Güneş from our Faculty of Food Engineering and Prof. Dr. Jasur Safarov from Tashkent State University, has been selected for support within the scope of the “2518 TÜBİTAK–MHESI Uzbekistan Bilateral Cooperation Program.”
